Return & Refund Policy

We are responsible for all our products and provide full customer satisfaction. If your product is faulty, you can return it within 15 days of receiving it. You will have to pay the shipping fee to get it back to us and you will get your refund.

Policy Validity Duration:

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed from the delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and undamaged. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refund:
There are some situations where amounts are only partially refunded with the return of the item (if possible):
Item is not in original condition, it is damaged or parts are missing for reasons not due to our fault.
Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We’ll also let you know whether to accept or decline your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and the credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or form of payment, within another 5 business days.

Late or lost refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially published. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before recovery is released. If you have done all of this and haven’t received your money yet, contact us at [email protected]

Items on Sale (if applicable): Only items bought on normal prices can be refunded, unfortunately, the sales items cannot be refunded. Exceptions can be there for certain cases.

Exchanges (if any): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

Change of Mind:

We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly.

Return Shipping Charges:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you received a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your mutual product to arrive may vary. You should consider using a shipping service to track or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation of Orders:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours from the moment you order. We will charge a restocking fee of 10.00 USD on this cancellation.

We do not guarantee cancellation of orders during any period and we reserve the right to process your order. Email us at [email protected] to cancel your order.

Changing in Orders:

Orders can be changed within 24 hours from the moment you order.

You cannot get the refund except if you have one of the following cases:

1. You do not receive your order at all.
2. It has not been 24 hours since you placed the order!
